ABOUT

Some time in the early 90s a tiny kobita while dancing in front of their tiny black and white TV saw a woman dancing her way through a cricket stadium with a Dairy Milk in her hand. It was at that exact moment she had two epiphanies at once:

a) Her whole life (of 6 years) had been a lie. Microdosing on Dairy Milk (one cube a day) was not the most ideal way of enjoying it.

b) This micro-film that had moved her so is what she wanted make after growing up

And then every year this dream changed from wanting to be Juhi Chawla, to a film director like James Cameron, to an academic studying the politics of the andarmahal in film adaptations of Indian classics. But after finishing her masters, the realities of lower-middle class family life required her to take up a salaried job.

Between advertising and publishing, the latter offered her the possibility of being able to earn and also support her family. But that dream from early childhood kept rearing its stubborn head. Until at the age of 26 she finally decided to give it a shot.

If you ask her now, she'd tell you it was the best decision of her life. But starting late meant she had to double her efforts to learn and grow. Thankfully her willpower was supported by immense luck that allowed her to work with some of the best agencies, be groomed (pushed into the deep end) by utterly talented and gifted Creative Directors, and work with people with the most beautiful minds.

In the last 9 years, she has been living her dream at places like DigitasLBi, Dentsu Webchutney, Toaster, and VICE/Virtue creating million dollar ad campaigns, music videos with global talent, branded content series, digital innovations, and even a card game.

In the next phase of her life and career, she dreams of building creative teams where people from all walks of life can find a sense of belonging, feel free to take the biggest risks and create rewarding work. This website is her message in a bottle to a someone out there who must be looking for someone like her.

If you think this message was meant for you, you can reach her at the details mentioned below and start building something wholesome, together.
